Job Title: IT Change Management Analyst Location: Remote Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Contract, Multiyear Description: To ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used during the planning, approval, and implementation of IT changes, in order to control risk, minimize service disruption, and provide quality service to client members and staff. Provide oversight regarding change management in the planning and execution of project and maintenance implementations. Serve as a dedicated change manager for select projects and changes. Requirements: • This position includes a weekend and evenings rotation to manage changes during IT maintenance windows. • This posting is NOT for an Organization Change Manager - it is Information Technology in nature. IT Change Management ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used during the planning, approval, and implementation of IT changes, in order to control risk, minimize service disruption, and provide quality service to employees and customers.
