Role Overview: As an Instructional Designer at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in developing engaging and effective learning materials that translate complex LPPM/IPPM concepts into practical, repeatable content. Your expertise will help empower learners and support organizational training goals through well-designed instructional solutions. What You'll Do: - You will analyze and interpret LPPM/IPPM concepts to create clear and concise instructional content. - You will design and develop engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and supporting materials. - You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content. - You will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to enhance learner engagement. - You will evaluate and revise training materials based on feedback and learning outcomes. - You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. - You will utilize authoring tools and learning management systems to develop and deploy training programs. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the instructional design team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with exposure to LPPM/IPPM concepts. - Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. - Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in IT services or technology-focused training environments. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and deployment. - Certification in instructional design or related fields. - Knowledge of multimedia production and graphic design tools.
