Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry partners Prepare and present reports on remarketing performance and market insights. Manage pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning in the market Oversee inventory management and logistics related to remarketing activities Schedule weekly visits to assigned locations Lead, coach, support, and motivate sales team to meet annual Remarketing sales goals Delivering an exceptional customer buying experience Handle escalations and support sales staff in customer negotiations Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities Performs other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field 5+ years of experience in remarketing, sales, or a related field within the material handling industry Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Reliable vehicle required Physical Demands/Work Environment: Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will use hands, sit, talk/hear, taste/smell; Frequently will stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; Occasionally will climb or balance.
