What we will accomplish together: The CSC Digital Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your mission (should you decide to accept it): The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. The individual will manage budgets, organize project structures, track progress, and provide insightful management reports. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize a diverse portfolio of digital projects, contributing directly to the success of our organization’s digital initiatives. You: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field. • At least 5+ years of experience managing large, technical projects or portfolios. • Experience with ERP implementation. • Experience with Manufacturing and Automation process platforms. • Knowledge of data engineering tools and procedures. • Knowledge of 3 party clinical trial supply planning tools. • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines. • Deep knowledge of portfolio planning tools. • Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), or similar certifications are preferred. • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize spending. • Expertise in tracking the progress of complex projects and identifying deviations from plans. • Proficiency in collaborating with project managers to organize and simplify complex information. • Experience managing change control processes effectively. • Experience creating and delivering management reports on project and portfolio status • Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial reporting. • Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software. • Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and trends. • Experience working in agile or hybrid project management environments. • Capability to prioritize & organize project structures for clarity and efficiency. • Demonstrated ability to influence teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting. • Problem-solving skills with a focus on mitigating risks in project delivery. • Located in Canada or in the USA (only).
