What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer support or a related role. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Basic technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
