We’re looking for a Financial Analyst – Sales & Billing Ops who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations. This newly created role ensures data accuracy across HubSpot (CRM), Maxio (billing), and NetSuite (ERP), providing the foundation for smarter decisions, faster insights, and a stronger financial backbone for our business. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure clean deal data, proper billing workflows, and accurate reporting on the metrics that drive our success — from MRR and churn to pipeline health and customer lifetime value. If you love diving into details, solving process puzzles, and transforming messy data into clarity, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Data Integrity & Process Management Review, approve, and reconcile sales orders for compliance with company policies. Maintain HubSpot and RevOps workflows and ensure seamless integration with Maxio. Document and improve definitions, workflows, and SOPs across teams. Support Sales and CS on pricing, bundling, and discount structures. Billing & Subscription Operations Ensure all approved deals transition smoothly from CRM to billing. Partner with Accounting on billing setup, product provisioning, and reconciliation. Identify and analyze billing trends, renewal patterns, and customer onboarding data. KPI Tracking & Reporting Create and maintain dashboards across HubSpot, Maxio, and NetSuite. Report on pipeline coverage, deal conversion, retention, churn, and lifetime value. Analyze customer metrics to support strategic decisions and policy improvements. Support commission calculations and renewal forecasting for Sales and CS. Financial Analysis Partner with the Sr. Financial Analyst on monthly variance reporting and forecasting. Conduct research and analysis to inform pricing, ICP targeting, and deal strategy. Support compliance tracking for acquired customer data and related integrations. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 2+ years of experience in a financial, billing, or RevOps role — ideally in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (MRR, churn, retention, LTV). Experience with HubSpot, Maxio (SaaSOptics), and/or NetSuite. Advanced Excel and SQL/data extraction skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Excellent communication and documentation skills — comfortable leading process training and reporting presentations. A collaborative, proactive, and detail-driven approach.
