Position Overview Now Hiring! Social Media Manager Full time! Salary range:$20-$21 Job Summary The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase engagement, enhance brand awareness, and promote the club’s events, activities, and services. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts. Plan and schedule content using social media management tools. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize engagement. Collaborate with the club’s marketing and events teams to promote upcoming tournaments, dining specials, and member-exclusive events. Stay updated on social media trends, golf industry news, and digital marketing best practices. Engage with club members online to foster community engagement and brand loyalty. Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and website updates related to social media content. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality, sports, or leisure industry. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for golf and knowledge of the sport is a plus. Pay Range USD $20.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
