Business Office Manager Schedule Opening: Full-time M-F Work Location: In Person. Ideally, we are looking for someone to work full-time between our building in Evanston and our new location that will be opening in St. Charles. We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) for our Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility. The BOM is responsible for overseeing all business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, Medicaid processing, and resident financial services. Responsibilities: • Manage facility Accounts Receivable, including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Hospice, and Private Pay • Follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and aging reports • Attend and participate in monthly AR meetings • Meet with residents and families to review financial obligations and insurance coverage • Process Medicaid applications, income changes, and discharges in MEDI • Manage SSA Representative Payee applications and resident trust accounts • Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations • Work closely with Admissions, MDS, Administration, and Corporate billing office We offer great benefits including: • Competitive salary • 401(k) • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance • Paid Time Off • Ongoing training and support • Please note that benefit packages vary based on hours worked.
