We’re hiring experienced Project Manager / Estimators to support commercial construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction and estimating through execution and closeout, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Projects include concrete foundations, metal buildings, tenant improvements, specialty buildouts, and ongoing building repairs across commercial and industrial environments. What You’ll Be Responsible For Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial construction projects Manage projects from bid award through final closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and material procurement Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation Oversee jobsite activity to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance Communicate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations Identify potential risks and cost impacts early and recommend solutions What We’re Looking For Experience managing commercial construction projects in the Dallas / DFW market Strong estimating, budgeting, and scheduling skills Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Solid communication and coordination skills across field and office teams Working knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and local codes This is a long-term opportunity with consistent project volume and room for growth for professionals who can balance estimating accuracy with strong project execution.
