Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scopes, and deliverables. Develop and maintain program schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary. Communicate program status to stakeholders regularly and facilitate discussions on project outcomes. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures throughout program execution. Mentor and support project managers and team members to foster professional growth and development. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program and project management. Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering successful outcomes. Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar are highly desirable.
