For more information, please visit www.alpha-sense.com. About You Required: 8+ years of experience in security, with 5+ years in leadership roles involving AI/ML, automation, or analytics. Strong understanding of machine learning architectures, data pipelines, and associated security challenges. Proficiency in building or managing automation and analytics systems. Experience with Cyber Risk Quantification Experience driving efficiency insights from big data Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data protection strategies. Knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001. Nice to Have: Experience with generative AI systems and LLM security controls. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, or AI-related credentials. Contributions to AI security research or standards bodies. Why Join Us? For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below. You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program. Base Compensation Range $184,000—$253,000 USD AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
