About the Role: AlphaHire is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer for one of our HealthTech clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, secure applications that help transform the healthcare industry. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance software that makes a real impact in people’s lives. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver clean, efficient, and reliable code. Implement secure APIs and integrations with healthcare data systems. Optimize performance, scalability, and data handling in cloud-based environments. Ensure code and systems adhere to data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA preferred). Qualifications: 3–6 years of full-stack development experience (startup or growth-stage experience preferred). Proven background in HealthTech, medical data systems, or patient engagement products. Proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js, and/or Python (Django or FastAPI). Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and front-end optimization. Bonus: Experience working with FHIR/HL7, healthcare APIs, or HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
