Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and deliver training sessions that strengthen service quality, communication abilities, and operational efficiency for our customer support teams. The ideal candidate brings strong presentation skills, a structured approach to coaching, and a commitment to fostering professional development within the organization. Responsibilities Develop, deliver, and refine training programs focused on customer service excellence and internal communication standards. Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement adjustments to improve performance outcomes. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to customer service representatives. Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create action plans to address them. Maintain clear training documentation, guidelines, and performance tracking materials. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead groups, present information clearly, and create engaging learning environments. Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail. Capacity to analyze performance data and provide constructive feedback. Adaptability and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
