Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. The selected candidate will support client inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with service requests, and contribute to the overall quality of our customer experience. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications. Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and client support options. Resolve issues promptly by coordinating with internal departments as needed. Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide recommendations. Maintain organized records and support administrative tasks related to client accounts. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills.
