Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in attracting and hiring top clinical and administrative professionals to support our expanding programs. This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in or near Richmond, VA for occasional on-site collaboration and events. Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for clinical (RBTs, BCBAs, therapists) and administrative roles. • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Create and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, university job boards, etc.). • Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Track and report recruiting metrics and hiring trends. • Promote the company’s brand and culture through digital and community outreach. Qualifications • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, ABA, or education. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
