Director, Sales – RCM Services   Location: This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Burlington, VT; or Tallahassee, FL. Our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions reduce denials, ensure compliance, and integrate seamlessly with EHRs, practice management, and hospital information systems—so providers can focus on what matters most: patient care.   We help our customers make right easy—every day.   What You’ll Do As Sales Director, you will lead revenue growth for Aptarro’s ambulatory RCM SaaS solutions, driving business expansion and deepening relationships with healthcare organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic opportunities to expand our presence with top-tier RCMS clients, and influence both go-to-market strategy and customer success. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly shape company growth, product adoption, and long-term client partnerships.   In this role, you will: * Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, consistently exceeding quota * Build and maintain a robust pipeline (5x quota coverage) and close 30%+ of qualified deals * Generate one-third of your pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals * Conduct discovery meetings to align solutions with client business challenges * Craft tailored value stories demonstrating Aptarro’s impact and ROI for each client * Lead negotiations and contracting with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, product, and implementation teams * Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success * Provide actionable insights to leadership on pipeline, forecasts, and market opportunities What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees are a plus * 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience within healthcare IT and RCM * Formal sales methodology training (Miller Heiman, Sandler, Challenger, or equivalent) * Deep expertise in ambulatory healthcare IT, including RCM vendors, EHR/PM integrations, and specialty-specific workflows * Strong understanding of billing, coding, and revenue cycle management processes (HCC coding knowledge preferred) * Proven track record of exceeding quota in competitive enterprise sales environments * Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills, including C-suite engagement * Strategic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capture new market opportunities * Willingness to travel up to 50%
