Job Overview We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager/Estimator to lead residential re-modeling and home renovation projects throughout Indian Trail and the greater Matthews area. This role oversees estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong residential construction experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple remodel projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals for residential remodels, additions, and renovation projects. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget. • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and day-to-day jobsite activities. • Maintain strong communication with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction. • Review plans, drawings, and scope documents to ensure accurate project execution. • Oversee jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with building standards. • Use construction management and estimating software to streamline workflow, scheduling, and documentation. • Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions to maintain productivity and project momentum. Qualifications • 3+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in remodeling or renovation project management. • Strong estimating skills with ability to prepare accurate takeoffs, budgets, and proposals. • Proven ability to manage multiple remodel projects at varying stages. • Skilled in subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and jobsite oversight. • Proficient with construction management or estimating software. • Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
