Job Overview We’re hiring a Project Manager (Hybrid) to lead large-scale tenant improvement and corporate interior projects throughout Daly City and the greater San Francisco area. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and design coordination from initial concept through construction and closeout. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing 25,000–100,000+ sq. ft. TI projects and excels at communication, documentation, client coordination, and project team leadership. Key Responsibilities • Direct, monitor, and manage all project activities across design and construction phases. • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for multiple TI projects. • Structure and guide project teams to ensure efficient workflow, documentation, and communication. • Oversee design development, construction documents, and working drawings to ensure quality control and code compliance. • Negotiate project fees and contracts with clients and consultants. • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders through every phase. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in tenant improvement or corporate interiors. • 2+ years of experience in project management with at least one major project from concept to completion. • Strong multitasking ability and experience managing multiple concurrent TI projects. • Excellent verbal communication, client interaction, and team leadership skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project). • Experience with AutoCAD 2016 and Revit. • Strong understanding of construction documents, code compliance, and project workflow. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
