Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial and industrial electrical projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical contracting, project management, and estimating, and will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects from pre-construction through final installation. • Prepare detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs. • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate project plans. • Coordinate and manage internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective project execution. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. • Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for management and stakeholders. • Support design/build efforts and in-house engineering teams as required. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial electrical contracting. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry codes. • Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. • Effective communication skills with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders. • Proficiency with project management and estimating software. • Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards.
