Job Overview We’re hiring an Asphalt Project Manager / Estimator to manage paving and asphalt maintenance projects from estimating through completion. This role blends preconstruction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. What You’ll Do • Manage asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects from bid award through closeout • Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers • Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress • Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, timelines, and expectations Requirements • Experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management • Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Knowledge of paving operations, materials, and scheduling • Professional, client-facing communication skills Benefits • Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays • Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement • Steady pipeline of paving and asphalt projects • Supportive, team-oriented work environment G358 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
