Executive Director Job Description | Alpha Clinics Position Summary: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of Alpha Clinics. This individual serves as the public face of the organization, cultivating community relationships, expanding financial support, and upholding the mission and values of Alpha Clinics. The Executive Director will provide strategic oversight, supervise department heads, and ensure organizational excellence in all areas, including clinic operations, fundraising, donor engagement, and public relations. Qualifications: A committed Christian with a strong, demonstrated heart for patients facing crisis pregnancies. Solidly pro-life and in full agreement with Alpha Clinic’s: • Statement of Faith • Statement of Principle • Statement of Commitment • Confidentiality Agreement • Mission Statement • Policies and Procedures • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); OR Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience in Christian ministry; OR 6 years of experience in Christian ministry. • Minimum of 2 years of management and leadership experience. • Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor development. • Budget management and financial oversight experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. • Strong interpersonal, personnel management, and volunteer coordination skills. • Experience in public relations and public speaking. • Proven leadership and motivational abilities, including delegation. • Completion of APC Counselor Training by a date set by the Board of Directors. Key Areas of Responsibility Clinic Operations: • Oversee all clinic functions and daily operations. • Supervise department heads and assist with staff and volunteer development and training. • Create, review, and implement policies and procedures (with board approval). • Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and procedures. • Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure proper reporting. • Attend approved professional development opportunities such as conferences and workshops. Public Relations & Community Engagement • Represent Alpha Clinics in the community through speaking engagements, media, and public relations. • Collaborate with the Community Engagement Director to develop and sustain donor and church relationships. • Maintain regular and timely donor communications, including monthly donor updates. • Work with the Creative Assistant to create branded content and maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms. • Contribute written content to newsletters and public materials. Fundraising & Development • Oversee and direct all fundraising initiatives. • Identify, cultivate, and steward major donors and community partners. • Write and manage grant applications and reporting. Board Relations • Serve as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and its committees. • Schedule and attend all board meetings; provide monthly and annual reports. • Recommend potential board and committee members; assist with interviews and orientation. • Participate in budget planning and make recommendations. • Maintain the Corporate Record Book. • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic planning and organizational direction. $70k-$80k annual salary.
