Full Description

Fundraising Lead (Commission + Equity, long-term) AloYou has more demand than we can responsibly onboard, and we’re scaling carefully because trust and quality are the product. We’re opening a small angel round and I’m looking for someone who wants to own fundraising and investor relationships end to end, not as a one-off gig, but as a long-term role that can grow into full-time as the company grows. The role You will be the person who: ✅ builds and manages an investor pipeline (UK + US angels, private investors) ✅ drives outreach and follow-ups with precision (no spray and pray) ✅ helps get our materials “investor-ready” (round note, data room, narrative, FAQs) ✅ manages investor comms and updates (clear, consistent, trust-led) ✅ coordinates intros, calls, diligence, and closes ✅ helps us build a real community of supporters and champions around AloYou What we’re offering We currently have no budget for upfront cash compensation. This role is: Success fee / commission based on capital raised (details discussed directly) Equity (with standard vesting) If you are looking for a salary today, this will not be the right fit. If you want meaningful upside and you know how to move capital, you’ll have room to build. Who this is for You might be a fit if you: • have real experience raising capital or running investor relations • have a warm network of angels and private investors, or you know how to access one quickly • understand how to position a trust-led product without hype • are calm, persistent, and structured, fundraising is a process • actually like the product and want to champion it Who this is not for ❌ If you are a broker who sends mass messages, expects upfront fees, or cannot share references from founders you’ve helped, please do not apply.
