Votre role est essentiel : vous devez ecouter les preoccupations des clients, proposer des solutions efficaces et assurer un suivi pour garantir leur satisfaction. Ce poste est entierement en teletravail - vous devez donc resider au Canada et disposer de votre propre ordinateur PC sous Windows, ainsi que d'excellentes competences en informatique. English Translation Location: Work from home | Languages: English required About the position: A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
