Partnerships & Strategic Projects Manager As a Partnerships & Strategic Projects Manager, you will be a key driver of our expansion strategy, responsible for securing and developing high-value commercial partnerships. This is a sales-focused position for a professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing lucrative deals, and fostering long-term collaborations. You will play a critical role in launching new initiatives, converting existing partners, and bringing new brands into our ecosystem. What You’ll Do 🎯 • Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure high-value strategic partners, focusing on key accounts and major brands to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners and networks, educating them on our platform and optimizing campaigns for mutual success. • Negotiate & Optimize Deals: Lead commercial negotiations for fixed fees and performance-based commissions, ensuring favorable terms that benefit both our partners and our business. • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of launching new brand initiatives (e.g., FreeCash in the USA) and converting existing partners into broader, more engaged collaborations. • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams, including our non-gaming division, to align partnership strategies with broader business goals and product launches.
