We are a fast-growing, service-driven team focused on reliability, customer support, and innovative logistics solutions. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Representative – Logistics & Freight Forwarding to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the logistics and international trade ecosystem and has a strong track record in selling freight forwarding services, logistics solutions, customs clearance, warehousing, or transportation. Experience working in the commercial area of freight forwarders or logistics companies will be highly valued. 👉 Having an active portfolio of clients in international logistics will be considered a strong PLUS. You will be responsible for expanding our customer portfolio, strengthening long-term relationships, and positioning our company as a trusted partner for U.S. importers/exporters and local logistics operations. Responsibilities • Identify new business opportunities through outside sales, networking, cold calling, and industry research. • Develop and manage a sales territory, focusing on growth opportunities in international logistics and freight forwarding. • Conduct value-driven presentations on our logistics services, including import/export solutions, air/sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and domestic distribution. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive account management and high-quality service. • Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company revenue objectives. • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients. • Promote bundled service offerings and upsell complementary logistics solutions to maximize account value. • Support inside sales efforts by following up on inquiries and coordinating customer requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain services. • Strong background in business development, client acquisition, and account management. • Experience working in the commercial or sales department of a freight forwarder is highly preferred. • An existing portfolio of clients related to logistics, imports/exports, or supply chain will be considered a PLUS. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex logistics solutions clearly. • Ability to understand customer supply chain challenges and propose tailored solutions. • Strong analytical skills for evaluating trade lanes, cost structures, and market trends. • Resilience, proactivity, and confidence in conducting outreach, cold calls, and follow-ups. • Familiarity with CRM systems, quoting processes, and logistics terminology (Incoterms, modes of transport, CBP procedures, etc.). • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across departments.
