Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative and Operations Assistant at ALMACK LINERS INC. located in Los Angeles, CA. The Administrative and Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting operations management, and handling customer service tasks. Additionally, the role requires conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and facilitating communication within the team and with external clients. Other tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.
