ole Overview The Electrical Engineer at ALLTEX Staffing is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems that support industrial operations. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, optimizes energy efficiency, and provides technical expertise to maintain smooth facility operations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for industrial equipment and facilities. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure. • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. • Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and operations teams to support plant activities. • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and schematics for electrical projects. • Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability. • Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment. Qualifications • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required. • Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
