Responsibilities: • Conduct FAR 15-compliant cost analysis of subcontractor proposals subject to TINA • Analyze supplier proposals and document findings in formal reports • Validate labor, material, and cost elements; perform regression and rate analysis • Interface with internal teams and suppliers; participate in pricing reviews • Develop Excel-based cost models and present findings to stakeholders • Travel as needed for supplier fact-finding and audits Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field • 15+ years of experience in cost analysis, government contracting, or data analytics • Advanced Excel skills for live cost modeling • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and experience with DCAA/DCMA • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance • No C2C, C2H or similar candidates will be considered.
