Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent, where your expertise will drive the success of property operations and tenant satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will oversee property leasing, maintenance coordination, and compliance with housing regulations while fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Your proactive approach and strong negotiation skills will ensure properties are well-managed, profitable, and compliant with all legal standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead property initiatives, implement innovative leasing strategies, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. • Conduct property showings, lease negotiations, and contract signings with prospective tenants • Work with home owners and investors to help them buy and sell their investments. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, and other relevant legal standards • Maintain accurate data entry of tenant information, lease agreements, and property records using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite • Conduct regular inspections to monitor property condition and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades • Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance occupancy rates and revenue streams • Manage tenant onboarding and move-out procedures with professionalism and attention to detail • Valid Florida Real estate license in accordance with local regulations • Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties. • Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities • Experience in sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities Join us to be a vital part of a forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in property management.
