Lead and coordinate multiple low complexity projects, perform testing and quality reviews of forms, communicate with stakeholders, and manage project risks and issues.
3+ years experience, knowledge of form design and testing, ability to document requirements and defects, and coordinate with business and technical teams.
Description: • Lead aspects of multiple low complexity projects or programs under mentorship • Provide business knowledge, technical support, test planning and test scenario execution to implement system changes • Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs • Conduct forms testing and review quality of forms • Assess and report health of projects or programs, provide transparency and status updates • Work with business and developers to ensure consistent product across states and lines of business • Coordinate, document, and communicate with stakeholders throughout projects • Identify, resolve, and escalate project risks/issues • Verify production output and approve project implementation Requirements: • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Understands the elements of form design, length, field placement and proofing of text • Understands application forms, contact forms and conditional forms • Prepares test plans and executes scenarios for functional and regression testing • Document requirements and software defects and work with business users, business analysts and developers • Reviews and research production problems; determines impact of issues on the business units • Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation • Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle Benefits: National General Holdings Corp. is an Equal Opportunity (EO) employer – Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories.Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States, as it is not our practice to sponsor individuals for work visas.In the event you need assistance or accommodation in completing your online application, please contact NGIC main office by phone at (336) 435-2000.
