Job Description Are you a strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering impactful insurance solutions? We’re seeking a Product Management Manager or Associate Manager to lead a team focused on developing and managing state insurance programs—including rates, rules, and forms—to ensure compliance, profitability, and growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability across all distribution channels in your assigned state(s). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and guide product strategies that position us for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Monitor competitive trends and regulatory developments to ensure our products remain compliant, relevant, and competitive in the marketplace. Own and maintain state rate and rule manuals; oversee the creation, submission, and support of Department of Insurance (DOI) filings. Serve as a key liaison across departments—including IT, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance—to align product and state initiatives enterprise-wide. Analyze product performance data and, with guidance, implement changes that drive profitability, improve retention, and support product refinement, expansion, and innovation. Support product structure enhancements and digital functionality improvements, guided by senior team strategies. Champion the Insurance brand by fostering strong relationships with policyholders and ensuring internal teams understand and support brand goals. Lead, develop, and support a team, aligning work with departmental objectives and providing regular performance feedback. Collaborate with Project Implementation, Product Management, and Sales teams to ensure smooth, coordinated product launches. Ensure all policy forms and coverage offerings remain compliant with state regulations while staying competitive. Partner with product analysts to identify growth opportunities, monitor trends, and optimize overall product performance.
