Job Overview The Jayne Young Allstate agency is in the top 1% of Allstate agencies in the nation 3 years running. We provide Auto, Home, business, and life Insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Property and Casualty license required - WE WILL HELP YOU GET ONE. Client-facing experience with great references Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior Must be coachable. We role play a lot to constantly improve ourselves and as a team, no matter your skill level. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening Must have a strong interpersonal communication Must be motivated and determined Must know how to navigate Outlook and be tech-savvy as well as tech-forward. Must take ownerships of wins and errors. Must have great multi-tasking skills Responsibilities Help the sales team achieve sales goals and measurables by identifying sales opportunities inside the book of business with existing clients Perform policy reviews with current customers Assist customers in day-to-day requests Review daily/monthly reports to ensure retention/payments are exceeding company standard Solve underwriting and inspection issues that come up. Assist with filing and handling claims. Provide service to current customers. Manage pipeline through company provided systems and follow up accordingly. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry. About Us Seeking driven individuals to protect and amaze new clients. NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED and I actually prefer those without experience so we can teach them our way of doing business. A P&C License is required for the position, but I can show someone how to get it. Process takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
