What You'll Do: - You will engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. - You will manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction. - You will process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently. - You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. - You will maintain accurate customer records and documentation. - You will stay informed about Allstate products, services, and industry trends. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. - You will meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working with Allstate products or within an Allstate agency. - Bilingual skills to serve a diverse customer base. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Experience in claims processing or policy administration.
