Job Description The Digital Product Manager Expert defines, delivers, and manages the lifecycle of one or more products within Allstate’s growing digital product portfolio. This role owns product strategy and vision, leads discovery and delivery, and manages roadmaps and priorities to maximize customer and enterprise value. The Digital Product Manager Expert partners closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure successful product releases, adoption, and communications. The internal Allstate job title for this role is Product Management (Technical) Expert. Key Responsibilities Create, drive, and execute product strategy for one or more products in the digital product portfolio. Use customer insights, market analysis, and data to inform product decisions and prioritize the highest value outcomes. Lead discovery and test and learn activities to validate assumptions, reduce risk, and refine product direction. Decompose complex problems into manageable work by defining and managing a prioritized roadmap and product backlog. Define success metrics and performance indicators to measure outcomes and inform ongoing product strategy. Serve as the voice of the customer by investing time with current and prospective users to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points. Communicate a clear product vision and provide timely stakeholder updates on roadmap progress, releases, and iteration outcomes. Coach and mentor team members and cross functional partners on effective product practices, including ideation, customer research, experiment design and execution, measurement, implementation, and rollout. Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure quality execution. Essential Qualifications 7+ years of relevant product management experience. (Or Equivalent) Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional digital product teams using Agile, iterative methodologies such as XP (eXtreme Programming), rapid prototyping, continuous discovery, or continuous delivery. Experience partnering with external vendors and internal technology teams to drive roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes. Desirable Qualifications Experience managing or supporting teams responsible for a modern data analytics platform, including the delivery of business insights, self‑service analytics, and executive dashboards using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or comparable enterprise analytics technologies. Familiarity with Copilot and generative AI capabilities, including applying AI tools to uncover meaningful insights, accelerate analysis workflows, and enhance decision‑making.
