Job Description The Business Data Analytics Lead plays a strategic role in driving data-informed decisions across a fast-growing insurance business, with a specific focus on the direct-to-consumer segment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, evolving environment. Job Responsibilities Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address complex business challenges across insurance operations. Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL to support reporting and insights generation. Build and maintain impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel to communicate trends and performance metrics. Identify and integrate relevant data sources to uncover patterns, forecast outcomes, and support strategic initiatives. Translate unstructured business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear recommendations. Ensure data quality through rigorous testing, profiling, and resolution of data issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation and metadata to support transparency and reuse of analytics assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, well-governed reporting capabilities for stakeholders. Promote data as a strategic asset, ensuring secure, trusted, and high-quality data is available for business use.
