While this position does not require any prior experience in staffing, it does require exceptional communication skills, customer service skills, and a comfort with technology. You are helping healthcare professionals each day by getting them shifts at premium healthcare facilities, and ultimately you’re helping elderly residents get the care they need. This Staffing Specialist position has starting compensation of $18/hr but for the ambitious and serious candidate, this position is a stepping-stone to becoming an Account Manager. As an Account Manager your compensation will increase to $40,000/year and unlock bonus potential. First year earnings as an Account Manager can exceed $65,000/year with Top Account Managers regularly exceed $100,000 in annual earnings. Role/Responsibilities: Your primary job is assisting our team with staffing open shifts at our client facilities. Your responsibilities include: • Providing outstanding client service through exceptional communication. • Becoming a product expert in AllShifts, our app. • Coordinating the scheduling of shifts for our thousands of healthcare professionals across the country. • Working in a metrics-driven environment, with daily/weekly/monthly goals.
