10+ years in technical program management with strong API expertise, Agile experience, excellent communication skills, and healthcare technology knowledge preferred.
Description: • Spearhead organization-wide API strategy and interoperability roadmap aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements • Define and implement technical standards for API usability, security, scalability, and performance • Drive data-driven decision making to build business cases and prioritize initiatives • Establish API governance frameworks and best practices across the organization • Drive cross-functional development and product launches from concept to delivery in an Agile environment • Manage API roadmaps, backlog prioritization, release strategies, and post-release monitoring • Develop and track KPIs for API adoption, performance, and business impact • Create and maintain program schedules and comprehensive technical documentation (PRDs, user journeys, sequence diagrams) • Work with Development, Quality, User Research, Compliance, and Customer Success teams; translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Coordinate development across distributed systems; partner with principal engineers and technical leads • Mentor and develop junior program managers and build trusted partnerships with engineering leaders Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • 10+ years of demonstrated success in technical program management, with 2-3 years at the expert level • Strong technical background with demonstrated expertise in API development and management • Experience in an Agile environment with proven ability to drive the Software Development Lifecycle • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Experience creating technical documentation, including sequence/workflow diagrams • Strong bias for action with a track record of initiative and innovation • Proven ability to manage complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders • Healthcare technology experience, particularly with EHR systems (preferred) • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) (preferred) • Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (ONC, HIPAA) (preferred) • Familiarity with AWS and cloud architecture (preferred) • Experience with data analytics tools (Snowflake, Power BI) (preferred) • History of successful mentorship and team development (preferred) • Applicants for North American based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is not offered Benefits: • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including holidays and vacation • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company paid life insurance • Retirement savings • Flexible work arrangements and tools to support associates • Professional development and career growth opportunities (Early Talent Program)
