About the Role As VP of Operations, you will own and scale the operational backbone of Allora Labs. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for translating strategy into execution, building scalable systems, and ensuring the company operates efficiently as it grows. You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to design operational structure, drive execution across teams, and remove friction from the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and has experience scaling companies through critical growth stages. \n Role Description Own and evolve Allora’s operational strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, people, processes, and systems Build and scale core operational functions, including internal processes, planning, and execution frameworks Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and Engineering leadership to ensure smooth cross-functional execution Drive operational rigor across the company through clear KPIs, reporting, and accountability mechanisms Identify inefficiencies and proactively design solutions that enable teams to move faster without sacrificing quality Lead company-wide planning cycles, including goal-setting, resourcing, and execution tracking Support organizational scaling, including process design for hiring, onboarding, and team growth Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights and operational recommendations Requirements 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management roles, ideally in high-growth or technology-driven companies Proven experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong systems thinker with the ability to design processes that scale Experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing across functions Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex situations Comfort operating in a remote, globally distributed organization Bonus: experience in crypto, AI, infrastructure, or developer-focused products Preferred Requirements Experience operating at or near the executive level in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment Prior exposure to crypto, blockchain, AI/ML, or infrastructure-heavy products Experience supporting or scaling remote-first, globally distributed teams Strong familiarity with operational tooling (e.g. planning frameworks, dashboards, internal systems) and the ability to evaluate and implement new tools as the company grows \n Why Join Us You’ll work directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving, globally distributed company where clarity, trust, and execution matter.
