Allium makes blockchain data accurate, simple and fast. We're looking for a Founding Recruiter to join our team and help us build a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine. Requirements • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Ideal experience in high-growth startup environment • Demonstrated ability to hire technical and GTM roles with high talent bars • Strong sourcing abilities, especially outbound • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence founders & senior candidates Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D insurance • 100% coverage for Gold plans for US folks and 80% for dependents
