As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with individuals on-site, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents during patrols within the logistics and distribution environment. Collaborate with onsite personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as required. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as directed by site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Being at least 21 years of age is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. X ray screening experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
