As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to requests, document observations, and deliver customer-focused communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a tech and media location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, studios, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing employees, contractors, and guests according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and/or requesting assistance as needed. Complete accurate shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or client contacts, and support security-related operations during special events or after-hours activity. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
