Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Full-Time in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with people onsite, and provide outstanding customer service while utilizing technology such as computers or tablets. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
