Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Molalla, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site personnel and respond to situations with calm professionalism and strong customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site leadership per post orders. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, yards, and the exterior perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by assignment. Control access by monitoring entrances, checking identification and/or credentials as required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures. Complete security-related reports and logs, document unusual activity, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff and/or with site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
