What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors and staff at a government services location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and building perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor entrances, queuing areas, and public counters for unusual activity, assist with directing foot traffic, and support orderly operations while maintaining a professional presence. Complete security-related reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift changes. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
