Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Patrols in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and routine patrols. You will interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on duty. Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific policies. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
