What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to monitor for any irregularities. Document and report any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues observed during patrols. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address concerns and maintain a welcoming environment for all individuals at the location. Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
