As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations as needed. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues. Monitor the environment for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting observations according to site protocols. Communicate professionally and courteously with visitors, employees, and/or vendors, offering assistance as needed. Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
