As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail or mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential risks within the location to appropriate personnel. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal guidelines and client site instructions. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to visitors and staff. Complete detailed and accurate written reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
