What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist residents and visitors with directions and general information as needed. Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
