As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement as required. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to residents. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal and site management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
